Cancellation and Refund Policy

At artbykrii, every product is handmade with love and crafted on order, which is why we generally do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

However, we understand that situations may arise. If you wish to request a cancellation, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing the order.

📩 To request a cancellation, kindly send us a WhatsApp message at +91 81695 44280 with the following details:

• Order ID
• Full Name
• Product Ordered

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed after deducting 5% of the order amount to cover payment gateway and website charges.

⏰ Please note: Cancellation requests made after 48 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.
