At artbykrii, each product is handcrafted with utmost care and attention to detail. Since our items are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preferences.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• A clear photo/video of the damaged product must be shared with us.
• Once verified, we will either send you a replacement of the same item or a reasonable solution for the issue occured.
