At artbykrii, each product is handcrafted with utmost care and attention to detail. Since our items are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preferences.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement/refund:

• A clear photo/video of the damaged product must be shared with us at the time of unboxing.
• Once verified, we will either send you a replacement of the same item or issue a refund. (Depends on what you decide)
