Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders require a processing time of 2 to 4 working days before they are dispatched.
- Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email.
- You can use this link to monitor all shipping updates and check the live status of your package.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch):
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has left our facility, please expect the following estimated transit times:
- Within Mumbai: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
- Metro Cities: 3 to 4 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the Country: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Special Regions (J&K and North-East): 7 to 10 business days after dispatch
Notes on Delivery:
- Estimates: The timelines provided above are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, overall order volume, and your specific destination pincode.
- Potential Delays: During periods of high order volume or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or carrier delays), your package might take a little longer to arrive. We kindly request you not to panic - rest assured, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Important:
- Please provide detailed address and correct phone number as delivery requires an OTP.
- Incase of short/incorrect address/pincode or mobile number, we will not be responsible for failure of delivery. The parcel will be returned back to us after multiple delivery attempts.
- Refund will be provided then after deducting 2 way shipping charges. Kindly WhatsApp us on 8591058319 for initiating refund.
- If the person you’ve addressed to is unavailable at the given address or unreachable at the time of delivery or an incorrect address has been shared, we will try to deliver again. If the receiver is still unavailable/location is drastically different from the address shared while ordering, then we can not assure delivery.
